Cant delete controls, Taxi, or Control the refueling process

this game is a pretty good simulator and is pretty realistic, however with the new update when you assign controls the only way to change them is to assign a different key or axis…. i am using the Logitech 3D Extreme PRO controller and im very excited to use the rudder axis and throttle axis instead of the keyboard keys but there are not enough axes on the controller so when i use the rudder it also changes the breaks and flaps!!! is makes game play VERY annoying and in the harder missions IMPOSSIBLE!!! ALSO the refuling function is finally added and is great but the plane engines should be able to be turned off without refueling automatically

SUGGESTIONS
Please make an option to delete controls
Please add a reset controls button
Add a refuling contol in to the sub systems pane: on/off switch for refuling and a percentage to fuel to allowing to remove fuel (drain from tanks back into the airport fuel system) as well while on the ground so the player can pin point take off conditions (this will allow weight control WHICH IS IMPORTANT WITH AIRCRAFT)

also please add in the ability to Taxi (drive the plane on the ground with its own power) this will help with way points and retaking off without crashing due to running out of runway… right now there is no way to back up and have a full runway to take off again or back up to change which runway to take off from.
